Vista Boot Pro's link should be removed. It is the former name for what is known as EasyBCD today. Pro networks still continues to maintain Vista Boot Pro, though they basically stole the developer's program.

As commented here, EasyBCD is a heck a lot better anyway.

I rebooted in the Safe Mode by selecting Safe Boot from the Boot tab in the System Configuration (MSCONFIG) utility. Now I can't get back to a normal boot. When I un-check Safe boot in System Configuration, it automatically puts me in Selective startup (as seen in the General tab). And when I select Normal startup in the General tab, it puts me in the Safe boot mode. I assume I need to edit the BCD registry file, but I don't know how to do it. Any help would be immensely appreciated!

I just want to point out that VistaBootPRO is a rip off of EasyBCD. EasyBCD supports multi-booting Vista with Linux and Mac OS X.

If you mean, where can you find BCDEdit in Windows XP if you have a Windows Vista dual-boot configuration, it'll be at \Windows\System32\BCDEdit.exe on the Vista partition. If you don't have Vista, you don't need to worry about it--it's Vista-only.
