This forum seems to have the perfect answer to my problem, like the others before me. However, I too have received the dreaded “Access is Denied” when I try to attach the VHD file. What could be causing this?

I simply wanted to see if my back up worked, and it did. Thank you for that. It has however created a new image drive of my C drive, called K. How can I delete this and is it ok to do so?
