Verizon claims that their settings are ok. I can send e-mail with out pictures. Sometimes I can sent pictures. I have installed Microsoft Office with with outlook. This system has the same e-mail as well and I haveremoved it and gone back to Windows Mail. Would this then allow an XP Pro user the ability to assist a Vista user?
